Delete your account

You can ask to delete your account right here, no app needed.

What gets deleted

  • The account and the way you sign in to it
  • The backpack, with everything you collected
  • Your progress through the series
  • The sign-up for the launch notice and the newsletter made with the account email, if there is one

What is kept

We keep, for at least 12 months, the record that you asked for deletion and that it was done, and the history of what you accepted or refused about the use of your data. Neither has your name or your email. That history also keeps a code taken from the internet address (IP) each choice was made from. Your answers in the game are kept too, with nothing that links them to you.

30 days to change your mind

When you ask in the app, the account goes into deletion for 30 days and you are signed out on every device. To cancel within that time, just sign back in to the account. After that, the account is deleted.

If you have a subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel billing. The store on your device is the one that bills you: cancel the subscription on the App Store or Google Play.

How to ask

  1. In the app: open Settings and tap "Delete my account".

  2. By email: write to contato@guidu.io from the address registered on your account. A person reads and answers. Asking by email does not change anything on the account by itself, and the 30 days to change your mind only apply to a request made in the app.
